Sandler Seating are manufacturers and distributors of commercial furniture to the contract and hospitality markets, founded in London in 1982 with expansion into the US in 1996.  Our U.S. headquarters are at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta with our upholstered chair production and warehouse located in Conover, NC.

We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Rep to our team that has strong design and furniture experience.  Our CSR is responsible for the following duties as the primary account manager of customer service and sales support.   Duties include the following:

–          Order Entry

–          Order Tracking

–          Preparation of Formal Project Quotes and Bids

–          Delivery coordination

–          Damaged goods/ Warranty claim resolution

–          Technical Support/ Product specification/ Special Requests

–          General Inquiries


  • Furniture industry experience strongly preferred
  • Interior design knowledge strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks during the work day
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Outlook)
  • Comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and via email
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of good strong customer service

This position is located in Midtown Atlanta and the working hours are on site from 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Qualified local candidates only, please indicate your experience with furniture or interior design.
