Quotes not saving correctly

I’m working on an existing quote and I added some things to it. It wont save the new things when I go to view the quote. When I open it to edit, they’re all there. In PDF form only the top spec is showing.

Also I started over, thinking that the existing quote was freaking out. Even when I started from scratch it still continues to not show all the product. Showing the top 2 specs and nothing else.
